You’ll notice the signal to adopt a posterior pelvic tilt during moves.
This assists switching on your powerhouse abdominal and back musculature.

Happy World Menopause Day 18 October 2025.
January 2025 I turned 50 & thought I had my Peri-menopausal symptoms under control with the amount of daily consumed toasted & ground pumpkin, sunflower & Flaxseeds.
However as with everything, there are contraindications of too much Flaxseed & moderation is key 🔑
Those 🔥HOT🔥 flashes were becoming overwhelmingly frequent during summer 2025
Such an intrusion - the sensation of burning flames up my spine travelling down my arms… leaving my Brain 🤯 FOG - Fogging - a little bit more than could manage!
So I sort of “happily accidentally” re-stumbled back to drinking 100ml of PLENISH Soy Milk x 2 daily with fresh coffee.
Yowzzzzaaaaa!! Fortunately the relief was personally pretty immediate
🙏🏽Thankful 🙏🏼
Researching a little further: I now learn Soy contains; Genistein & Daidzein both naturally occurring phytoestrogens belonging to a class of compounds called isoflavones.
These bind to estrogen receptors in the body, exerting a weak estrogen-like effect.
Which can help to alleviate symptoms caused by declining estrogen levels.
For now it’s helping 🙏🏽🙏🏼🙏🏾 ❤️ I hope that by sharing this post I can support other women in finding natural remedies and a space to vent.

🫶🏽APPLE CRUMBLE🫶🏽
Choose your 🍏apples 🍎
I like mine tarte so I use granny Smiths !!
Core the Apple -take off the skin if you feel to, I keep my skins on don’t cut apple small keep big segments
Cover apples with LITTLE water & sugar (I don’t use sugar) cook till
al dente
Drain the apples and put in your roasting Pyrex dish
You can keep the juice from the apples to drink, or add to your smoothie!
Add some raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, rhubarb, whatever else you want to in Pyrex dish
Roughly blend/ chop mixed nuts/ seeds of your choice
Mix with porridge oats
Chop into small pieces a medjool date and a tablespoon of coconut oil heat and then blend
Add date and oil mix to porridge and nut mix
Spread on top of your apples and fruit Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 180 to 200°
until super crunchy crispy Brown
And add a nice dollop of home-made yoghurt

This lunar phase brings tranquil energy, aiding in releasing past burdens and beliefs that are not aligning with our values.
This Snow moons influence may heighten emotional sensitivity encouraging us to balance our logic intuition and motivate us to focus on ourselves.

Little update ahead of new website launch 💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽
Since 2008 I have been a gym instructor, taught boxercise, ETM classes, body conditioning, LBT and circuit classes for the general public and Special Populations at Community Centres, Gyms and for School Teachers.
Additionally, involved in Coaching a broad spectrum of EYFS, Junior- Senior School Sport, (Gymnastics, Rollerskating Tennis, Badminton, Football while delivering Social, Community & University Netball Team training/umpiring at varying levels.
My love and passion led me to MDX Uni 2011 to embark on a Bsc Sp& Ex completing with 1st class hons.
I still have the joy of teaching in Junior and Secondary schools providing full curriculum day cover in Physical Education Department(s)
Naturally, working in sport interests evolve and bespoke & personalised 1:1 /group training became more the focus, enhancing sport specificity & injury prevention.
And so... For the LOVE of CPD ..... I am constantly updating my skill set..
In 2019, I completed a Diploma and became a Teacher of Pilates and more recently have attained L3 Sports Massage and L1 Gait Analysis, these have added depth to the way I see and work with each individual client.
I pride myself on applying useful techniques specific to personal lifestyle, mobility, strength and fitness levels. So, whether you wish to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength and coordination, gain muscle, speed, agility and balance, recover from injury or just want to use exercise to achieve a more physically and mentally balanced lifestyle -
