The VJ Day special I’ve been working on airs tonight on BBC1 at 8.30pm. (I’m a journalist as well as a vintage obsessive) The projections are breathtaking. As always it was a privilege speaking to WW2 veterans about their experiences and empowering to get some black and brown voices heard.
