Under Eyes is one of the most common concerns amongst my clients.

Volume loss occurs underneath the eye area which can lead to some hollowness. The age that this occurs and how severe the hollowness is depends on things like genetics.

A lot of my clients jump to the idea thinking they need tear trough filler. This is filler that is placed directly under the eyes.
But depending on where your hollowness is and some other factors not everyone is a candidate for tear trough filler.

For example, this client presented with what I would call more a mild case of hollowness in the under eye area in the middle aspect of the face. But she does not have hollowness directly underneath the eye/ all the way around under the eye.

💉 Therefore, she is a great candidate for ‘mid-cheek’ filler.
Mid cheek filler is placed just below the eye area in the middle of the face - as marked on picture 2 & 3.
This filler has helped to re-volumize the mid cheek area creating a lift and instantly brightening up the under eye area softening the ‘tired’ appearance this client had making her look more fresh and awake.
