A lovely reminder popped up in my memories from 2013 at my first Baby Massage course in East Dulwich.

I can’t believe I get to do this for a living. 13 years later I’m still lovng what I do and appreciate every single person that has supported my little business. ❤️🙏🏽

I no longer hire a venue in East Dulwich but I’m happy to do home visits either for one to one or groups of friends.

Some things change with time and some things quietly remain.

These two photos, taken by my dad around 30 years apart, hold so much meaning for me.

In the first, I’m about 17 years old in my parents’ garden, completely lost in thought.

In the second, taken recently by my dad at a peaceful spot in Kew Gardens, I realised I’m still doing the same thing - slowing down, noticing nature, finding calm in quiet moments.

And when I really reflected on it, I understood why.

My parents have always been a conduit of peace for me. A safe place. Gentle people who teach me — without ever needing to say it out loud — that softness is strength, stillness is healing, and there is beauty to be found in simply being present.

What a gift that is. 🙏🏽❤️

Maybe that’s why nature still feels like home to my nervous system all these years later.
