When one of my facial massage movements was recently featured in it reminded me of something I talk about all the time…

Facial massage doesn’t have to happen in a treatment room, during a 10-step skincare routine or when you have an hour to spare.

Some of the most effective movements can be done in the little moments throughout the day. In the car. At your desk. On the train. Waiting for the kettle to boil. Sitting on the sofa.

It’s those small, consistent moments that add up.

Facial massage can help support circulation, reduce puffiness, release tension, encourage more sculpted features and even help you get more from the skincare you’re already using.

So this has inspired a new series:
