Ayurveda is an ancient wellness system originating in India over 5,000 years ago. The word Ayurveda comes from Sanskrit:

Rather than focusing only on symptoms, Ayurveda takes a holistic approach to wellbeing, supporting balance between the body, mind, and lifestyle.
