We are SO close… honestly, closer than we’ve been in a very long time 🤍

The salon is finally finished structurally — everything from flooring to painting to construction is complete.
But right now, we’re still waiting on final approval for our contaminated stock list (basically everything we need to actually operate safely and legally — tools, equipment, storage, everything behind the scenes that makes the magic happen).

We’ve pushed back again this week after a very questionable offer from the loss adjusters, and now we’re in that frustrating “waiting but not stopping” stage.

The good news?
✨ Our new chairs and nail tables are arriving next week
✨ The space is DONE
✨ And we are so ready to open our doors again
If everything goes to plan, we are hoping to reopen end of April / beginning of May 🤞
And when I tell you — the moment we have a confirmed date, bookings WILL go live.
So if you’ve been waiting… this is your sign to stay close!

The past few days have been tough 🤍
After the major pipe burst on Caledonian Road, we spoke with BBC Radio London to share how this has affected us and so many other local businesses.
At the moment, we still have no electricity, which means we’re unable to operate. We are so, so sorry for the inconvenience this has caused — please know this situation is completely out of our control, and we’re doing everything we can to move forward as quickly and safely as possible.
What has absolutely blown us away is you.
The messages, phone calls, check-ins, people passing by to see how we’re doing, and even offers to help clean up… honestly, we are humbled beyond words. Your kindness, patience and support have reminded us just how special this community is.
