Reflexia offers a bespoke treatment - for either your feet or hands - building on the knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Zone Therapy, to bring you an oasis away from the busyness of modernity.

Most clients feel an instant relaxation and often sleep during the treatment – but the space is yours. On your first visit, your therapist will ask you to complete a questionnaire and to share what you would like her to focus on. Our reflexologists are trained in, and familiar with, all body systems, and seek to bring them back into balance. In addition to relaxation, clients have experienced improved circulation, relief from headaches, and alleviation in symptoms of stress.

Reflexology is also offered as part of palliative care for those experiencing chronic conditions.
We offer no miracles – but would invite you to experience reflexology to see if it can work for you.
