This change is not the sign of the end, but rather of a 'new beginning'
Embracing change in regard to your dietary, beauty routine. As well as, equally important what you think (yes you may have forgotten who you were and forgotten who you are. Scrap that and focus on who you want to be!) , are important components in the ‘change process’
So if you believe your age should be a number and not

Diana Ross was my role model when I was growing up.
I wanted to look like her and have hair like her.
However, I didn't realise I knew someone who was a role model and a superhero.
My Mum
The more I learnt about her, the more I admired her.
My mum became a widow while raising four children in her twenties in London.
As the oldest child in her family, she was still expected to support her mother and siblings by sending money for school fees, etc.
Which she did
I am a mum
with a husband,
and a washing machine
with a fraction of my mum's responsibilities and challenges.
Life can still be challenging at times.
So, I cannot imagine what it felt like for her.
Mums are often taken for granted.
People say they are
"Doing what they are supposed to be doing"
" are hardworking."
" are used to it"
" are strong."
or
"It's easy for them."
Which can all be true
But those who work hard to support others also deserve to be supported.
So what can we do to support the superheroes like my mum today?
Well, I want to set up a community group of women.
To create a space so they can
Express what they really feel.
Unburden their anxieties
Feel heard
And supported.

As Stress can trigger health problems and make existing ones worsen.
Like perimenopause symptoms,
& diabetes,
Yes you are probably used to living with it.
But for your general wellbeing it is better to
Take steps to lower:
