Want Healthier Hair? Try This Fermented Rice Water Treatment!!! And Thank Me Later👌

DIY Fermented Rice Water for Healthier Hair

👀 Looking for a simple, natural hair treatment you can make at home? Try this fermented rice water rinse, packed with ingredients traditionally used to support stronger, shinier-looking hair.

👉What You’ll Need👇
✔️ 1 cup rice (any type)
✔️ 2–3 cups water
✔️ 1 small onion, sliced
✔️ 2–3 garlic cloves, crushed
✔️ 1 tsp turmeric powder

👉Optional:
✔️1–2 amla (Indian gooseberries)
✔️A few rosemary leaves or drops of rosemary oil

👉How to Prepare It👇
1️⃣ Rinse the rice once.
2️⃣ Place it in a clean bowl or jar.
3️⃣ Add water until the rice is fully covered.
4️⃣ Add the onion, garlic, turmeric, and optional ingredients.
5️⃣ Cover and let it ferment for 24–48 hours at room temperature.
6️⃣ Strain the liquid into a clean bottle.
7️⃣ Refrigerate and use within 1 week.

💆‍♀️ How to Use👇
👉 As Hair Rinse:
✔️ Shampoo your hair.
✔️ Pour the rice water over your scalp and hair.
✔️ Massage gently for 3–5 minutes.
✔️ Leave on for 10–20 minutes.
✔️ Rinse with plain water.

👉 As Scalp Treatment:
✔️ Apply directly to the scalp using a spray bottle or cotton pad.
✔️ Massage gently.
✔️ Leave for 30 minutes before washing.
✔️ Use 1–2 times per week.

👉 Benefits👇
✔️ Softer, shinier hair
✔️ Improved manageability
✔️ Stronger-feeling strands
✔️ Healthier-looking scalp
✔️ Helps Reduce Frizz
✔️ Conditions the Hair
✔️ Supports Scalp Health
✔️ May Reduce Hair Breakage

👉Rice water contains amino acids, antioxidants, and nutrients that may help improve hair smoothness and appearance. However, there is currently limited scientific evidence that rice water alone can dramatically increase hair growth or stop hair loss.

⚠️ Always do a patch test first, especially because onion and garlic may irritate sensitive skin.

👉So my lovelies have you tried fermented rice water before? If ‘YES’ Share your experience in COMMENT SECTION!👇💚 and if ‘NO’ kindly try it and thank me later😘
