As a small business, we hope you understand that we need to protect our business so we will be asking for a 50% holding fee to secure your booking, you will pay the remainder in salon. This is done via a text message before your appointment which will direct you to our safe and secure payment system. We hope you understand that we can't afford no-shows or last minute cancellations. As such, cancellations within 36 hours will be charged 50% of the booking value and no-shows will be charged 100%.
Payment details will be stored on your profile and used to charge a late cancel fee or a no-show fee if you fail to show for this appointment or any future appointments, irrespective of how they are booked. If you wish to remove your payment details, you can login via My Bookings, head to My Profile, Payment Details and remove your card details. You may be asked for them again for a future booking when a deposit request is sent out. We thank you for your understanding.

From now until Christmas we have limited availability for appointments. Please be aware, Becca is going on maternity leave from January therefore appointments with ALL stylists are limited.
We do have a cancellation list, please don’t hesitate to ask to be put on that if you do not get an appointment. Due to the time of year and illnesses, people do cancel therefore you might get lucky 🍀

Thank you for being a loyal customer and putting your valuable trust in Hair2K for all these years.

Although we have tried our best to keep the expenses low, our operating costs have increased significantly due to global factors in recent times. After carefully reviewing the finances, we have made a tough decision of increasing our prices on all services.

The change will be effective from April 1st, 2023. Our website will reflect the new prices from now but till then, you can take benefit of the old prices.

As always, we are striving to evolve and improve our services.
