After a long 14 weeks today we finally welcome you all back as we re open the salon!!!

I thought the day would never come,but now it’s here I’m more nervous & excited than ever!!!

We cannot wait to see you all.
Please remember the guidelines we sent out yesterday,any questions don’t hesitate to call the salon.
If you are calling today to book,please have to hand-
The dates you are after,what you are having done & who does your hair. This will make the booking process so much quicker & easier. Also let us know if you have coloured at home in between coming to us last.
As you can imagine the salon phone has been off for all that time too so it’s going to be busy.

I just wanted to clarify the situation with food & drink in salon as I have had a few messages the last few days.
No food is allowed to be consumed in the shop.
Drinks will not be offered by us but you are more than welcome to bring your own as long as it is in a bottle with screw lid.
This has to be kept on your person/in your bag.

The books are going back to the salon now in prep for Saturday.

I have successfully booked 204 appts in the last 5 days...you guys are just amazing!!! 💪🏻⭐️

After a morning spent at the salon with Kara,it has been scrubbed within an inch of its life & everything is in place for re opening Saturday.

I will be replying to all messages received last night & this morning,now.
After 5pm tonight,the appt books will be back at the salon ready for opening on Saturday.
If you haven’t booked or replied to my messages by that time we ask that you call the salon 9-5 on Saturday & we will get you booked.
I will no longer be taking bookings via social media after that time.

I have lots going on behind the scenes as well as wanting to spend as much time with Parker before returning to work.

I hope you all understand.
I cannot wait to see you all ☺️☺️

It’s been all go since this morning!
So I just wanted to make everyone aware of test & trace. You have probably all heard of it & we also have take part in it.

These are strictly confidential details & will be locked away,only to be used if they have to.
We will take details,followed by the normal
‘Have you had any symptoms’ questions.
We will ask if you give us permission to use details to forward on if we have to.
We have some clients details due to colour record cards etc but for a lot of you that just have cuts this isn’t the case so we have to do it for everyone.

Then we can start your service. It takes literally 2 minutes but is something we have to do.

-if you have applied a colour since you last visited us. This is purely so we know how long we need to book out for you.

I’m so pleased to announce Skin weft tape extensions will also be available once we re open (& let the stampede calm down 🤣)
I’ve wanted to expand into the extension world for so long but lacked the confidence & knowledge.

**update **
We are still awaiting guidance ladies.
The hair & beauty federation have written to all key government ministers urging for guidance to be released asap.
Without this,we cannot start to begin plans for re opening.
This includes booking appointments.
I know it’s a frustrating time & I have spoken to a lot of you over the last few days regarding booking but my hands are tied. I won’t book you in & then face having to change your appointment once guidance is released.
We have over 200 clients on our books-it’s just too much to have to move you all around again.

We have no idea what conditions there will be & if the 4th July is even a commence date.
I hope you all understand.
As soon as I know,I will be shouting from rooftops.

Afternoon ladies!!

So I’ve had a few messages from a few of you regarding re-opening.

Our situation sadly is still the same & we still have no clear guidelines or info from the government regarding coming back to work.
It’s all so up in the air & I wish I had something to tell you all,but I don’t. The 4th July is a date they have given,this isn’t set in stone or for definite. I wish it was & I hope it is.
I know some salons are taking bookings & holding waiting lists. I won’t be doing that as yet as I don’t think it’s fair on you all. Anything can change & then we are back to square one moving appts.

There is so much to think of our end,I have lists coming out my ears & ppe in boxes all around my house 🤣😆
It’s not only a matter of just booking you all in,it’s -

Ordering stock & getting delivered on time
Working out who can work what hours & days
Safe Childcare
Cleaning
Making the salon safe for re opening (social distancing)
Working out how many clients are allowed in the shop at one time

And that’s all without getting the shop front fixed,getting the water,card machine, electric & much more all set back up for trading.

As you can imagine its all a bit hectic lol.
So please,if I am a little bit quiet on on here,I haven’t forgotten about you all. I am ploughing through everything at home,with a a husband back at work & a little devil child 👹 with me.
I am desperately trying to get everything in place for the big day.

We WILL get you all booked in when we re open & we will be open extra days to fit you in.
Please don’t panic.
