【募集職種】
• スタイリスト – 正社員雇用（週40時間）、または業務委託（チェアレンタル）として勤務可能
• アシスタント – 正社員雇用（週40時間）のみ

【応募資格】
• 英国で従事可能なビザをお持ちで、応募より1年以上滞在可能な方
• フロア経験1年以上、または美容関連の資格（NVQレベル3、美容師免許等）をお持ちの方
• 英語が苦手でも、心を込めた施術で十分に対応可能です

【給与】
• アシスタント（正社員雇用）：£2200~ + チップ（経験、成長具合により変動）
• スタイリスト（正社員雇用）：税引後技術売上の45％~60% + チップ（経験、売上高により変動）
※最低月給 £2,250 保証
※指名・フリーともに歩合率は同一で、入客次第ですぐに高収入を目指せる環境
• 店販売上に応じたキャッシュバック制度（£1〜）

【Positions Available】
• Stylist – Full-time (40 hours/week) or freelance (chair rental)
• Assistant – Full-time only (40 hours/week)

【Requirements】
• Must hold a valid UK visa and be able to stay for at least one year from the time of application
• At least one year of salon floor experience, or a relevant qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 3 or Japanese hairdressing licence)
• Even if you're not fluent in English, heartfelt service is more than enough

【Salary】
• Assistant (Full-time): From £2,200 + tips (depending on experience and growth)
• Stylist (Full-time): 45%–60% of post-tax service sales + tips (depending on experience and revenue)
※ Minimum guaranteed monthly salary: £2,250
※ Equal commission rate for both regular and walk-in clients – high earnings possible from day one
• Cashback scheme based on product sales (starting from £1)
