There’s a lot of noise. A lot of conflicting information. 🤨
For me- it’s something I’m wearing daily — on my face, my décolletage, and reapplying throughout the day - or in the hot heat all over my body…it’s something I think a lot about. ✨🌿
That said, this isn’t about fear or saying one type is “bad” and the other is “good”. I am not super anti chemical sunscreen, in the EU the levels of ‘safe’ amounts are a lot better than other countries….personally for me it’s more about what we are washing down our plug holes and effecting nature. 🌏

Who’s watched the ? It was so good for highlighting the importance of lowering our exposure to micro plastic and other chemicals linked with health concerns. 😬 It makes me SO happy to share genuinely good products with you because I KNOW how frustrating it is buying something and it not working….no wonder most of us go for cheep options because there is less risk on wasting our money!! So hopefully my recommendations help cut out the noise and help you invest in things that *actually* work 😘
