Guess who’s back? Back again 🎤

Phoebe's back!

Phoebe be covering Carla on Mondays at 9.30 - come and join for her usual slow but strong flow to kick your week off. Or on Tuesdays at a 11.30 for a new 75min yang/ yin class which will include a good measure of both strength based practice and meditative poses to support sustainable
development in your practice.

Phoebe's taught at One Yoga since 2016. She is trained in both hatha and vinyasa flow, as well as being a qualified NLP coach and musician. She brings together these elements into her classes which aim to build awareness of physical, emotional and mental alignment. And her playlist is awesome too! She's back after spending the summer doing 'vanlife' as a coach and tour manager for a musical project and hopes to see you in a class soon. 🎤

Resilience: what is it and how do I know when I’ve got it?

This 90 minute workshop on zoom, in collaboration with will explore what personal strength is and how finding our 'roots' helps us to truly let go of those things we can't control

We’ll break down what it means to be resilient in current times, and will discuss new ideas for how to cultivate and preserve our abilities to ride the waves of change

The workshop will include a mix of presentation, group discussion and reflective tasks

Tickets are £15 or £5 for those on reduced income. Please contact for further concessions if needed.
