I had a fantastic time at the Business Junction Christmas event — a great atmosphere and a wonderful chance to chat with people from so many different companies.
All the food was created from 100% surplus ingredients by The Felix Project, though you’d never have guessed from how amazing it tasted. Beyond raising awareness of food waste, the night raised £12,000, helping to provide 32,400 meals for vulnerable Londoners.
A huge thank-you to Fiona Ross for organising such an incredible evening. And hats off to The Felix Project — an extraordinary organisation doing vital work. junction time
