Can I be honest with you today?

There have been moments in my life when things did not go as planned.
Moments when I poured everything into something and it did not yield.
Moments when I took a bold step and stumbled.

Moments when I questioned everything, including myself.

Have you been there? 🌱
Maybe you started something and it did not work out the way you hoped.
Maybe you took a leap of faith and the landing was harder than expected.
Maybe life threw something at you that you did not see coming.

And in that moment everything inside you wanted to give up. 😔
But here is what I have learnt 👇🏾
Every setback is setting you up for a comeback! 💫
The business that did not work, taught you everything you needed for the one that will!

The relationship that ended, created space for something better!

The door that closed, was protecting you from what was behind it!
Nothing is ever wasted.

Your setback is not your final destination, it is simply a detour on the way to your destiny! 🌟

The same mind that says “ I cannot do this “ Is the same mind that can say “I was made for this”

The same mind that says “ It is too late for me” Is the same mind that can say “My best is yet to come”

The same mind that says “ Who am I to try?” Is the same mind that can say “ Who am I NOT to try ?”💪🏾

The difference is not talent
The difference is not opportunity
The difference is not age

The difference is what you choose to believe about yourself🌟

Take one thought that has been holding you back and flip it.

Not tomorrow
Not when you feel ready

Done Is Better Than Perfect!

Can I be honest with you today? 🌸

A few months ago I signed up for some AI courses.
I got my certification.
And then something unexpected happened.

I was asked to co-teach a month long virtual coaching programme on Generative AI for a media organisation! 💻✨
Was I ready?
Honestly? No. 😄
I was nervous.
I was uncertain.
I questioned whether I knew enough.
I wondered if I was the right person for it.
But I was excited.
And I was willing.
So I said yes anyway! 💪🏾

And you know what?
Three weeks in, I am showing up, I am delivering and I am getting better with every single session! 🌱
Nobody told me I had to be perfect before I started.
Nobody waited until they knew everything before they began.
The growth happens IN the doing, not before it! 💫
So today I want to ask you 👇🏾

What is that thing you have been
putting off because you do not feel ready enough?

That business.
That course.
That career change.
That bold new chapter.
Start anyway. Grow as you go. Done is always better than perfect! 🌟

🌟I Knew There Was More- My Reinvention Story

For years I sat behind a desk doing numbers.

And I was good at it .

But deep down something kept stirring inside me, a knowing that I was made for more.

Not more money. Not more status.

More impact. More connection. More people.

You see I am not a numbers person at heart, I am a people person. I come alive when I am speaking, encouraging and walking alongside someone through their journey.

But leaving what was safe and familiar? That was not easy.

It took frustration, the kind that builds up quietly until you can no longer ignore it.

It took faith, a word from God that would not leave me alone no matter how hard I tried to silence it.

It took Inspiration.

And one day I simply knew.

So I took that first step. Then another. Then another.

From accountancy to data. From data to facilitation. From facilitation to coaching. From coaching to becoming a Reinvention Guide for women just like you!💫

Not one season wasted. Every chapter shaped me and prepared me for this moment right here!
