I know many of you suffer from LOWER BACK PAIN 😢

📌These simple exercises will help gently stretch your back, release them, and make you feel better.

✳️ Stay in each of pose for 20-30 seconds

✳️3-4 times

Warning ⚠️
❌Never exercise in a full stomach
❌ If you in pain for a couple of weeks and it's not getting better
❗You should see a doctor if your pain does not improve after a few weeks or if any of the following symptoms happen with your back pain: numbness and tingling

Perfect place for your a little ones to grow, learn and develop!💯

Building on our love for vehicles, we went big yesterday! We stripped to our vests and explored movement with our whole bodies. We stomped, splattered, and pushed toy cars across giant sheets of paper. We even got adventurous and independently opened the paint containers, shaking them with glee to create colorful explosions!
