Anyone who knows matthew David , understands that this is not one of his usual posts, so hopefully some people will take note , it’s worth the read

The world can be a cruel place at times, and sometimes we fail to recognise what people are truly living through behind closed doors. Someone may look happy, strong, and perfectly fine on the outside, while inside they are fighting battles we know nothing about. We are often none the wiser to the pain, stress, loneliness, or struggles someone carries silently every day. Many people don’t ask for help, not because they don’t need it, but because they don’t know how to, or are afraid of being judged.

Instead of finding faults, criticising, or voicing negative opinions, maybe we should take a moment to simply ask, “Are you okay?” or “How are you really doing?” Sometimes a few kind words, encouragement, support, enthusiasm, or motivation can mean more than we realise. Some people need positivity more than negativity. We should stop pulling people down and start helping lift them up, because kindness, understanding, and compassion can make a bigger difference than we will ever know.
