I made the move in to massage therapy to help redress my own balance, and now receive great joy in helping others find theirs. I offer freelance massage therapy around London, and also am involved in the programming and running of retreats and festivals all over the world. I have massaged at retreats in Sri Lanka, Norfolk, London and Obonjan in Croatia where I am also involved in the setting up and running of the wellness offering. My holistic approach is represented through the skincare and nutrition brand which I am currently developing, which aims to to unite all elements of wellbeing in both the body and the mind. Through compassionate listening I address physical and energetic issues by gently steering the body towards its own natural healing abilities and opening up the potential for deep releasing of all kinds. It is important to me to make each session meaningful by guiding the body towards peace, balance and relaxation. I believe in practicing holistically and focusing on both physical and emotional needs, creating balance between the mind and body.
