Don’t be afraid of the “mother”! 😁 🍎 Raw, non-filtered vinegar is called Mother Culture Vinegar. 🍶 It contains nutritionally rich “mother” – a fibrous-matter structure containing living beneficial bacteria developed during the process of wild fermentation.
