Perfectionism
The perfect is the enemy of the good. Every day doesn’t have to be perfectly good.

Utopia
Don’t you think it’s a bit utopian to wake up to a bad day on Monday morning and use all your strength to make the rest of the day or even the whole week better?
What does it sound like to let ourselves flow in the beauty of the whole instead of spending all our strength on it?

Reality
Here is a realistic picture! If life is a journey with lots of ups and downs, the sooner we learn to dance, the more we will enjoy life.

Humanity
And of course, there are human conditions... Sometimes we may not have good days, sometimes a beautiful event that will give us a breather may occur and end between those days. Sometimes we may not want to do anything to make our day better. But we should always know that we have the power within us to make our lives beautiful when we are ready, and something closely related this to loving ourselves.

Our days don’t always go the same way. Sometimes you may have a day that goes very well. Sometimes this day can end badly. 🫂

You should know that they are all human conditions and a part of life. We wish you days where you experience the lightness of accepting things you cannot control without forcing yourself! 💐

Pilates offers a holistic approach to menopause health, addressing physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It can be a gentle yet effective way for women to stay active, maintain strength, and navigate the changes that come with menopause. Menopause Pilates is a bespoke approach for perimenopausal and menopausal women.

Let’s get to know the Dinah Siman. ✨
Menopause is a women’s health issue that has been ignored and dismissed for far too long. We happily talk for hours about puberty, pregnancy and childbirth – why not menopause? I’m passionate about my mission, my vision, and my passion project. I shout about menopause. I raise the profile on social media and wherever I go. I teach, collaborate with other experts, support and raise funds for The Menopause Charity. I love my 50s, and I’m planning to move on into my more mature years with real insight into my health, happiness and wellbeing, choosing my lifestyle and embracing the change.
