What a morning already!
Got caught in a huge, glorious, cleansing downpour on the way back from school and then I saw Mr Motivator going into the local Sainsbury’s! 🤩
And motivated I am!
Well, coffee first maybe 😉
Fellow glasses wearers will relate to the picture more 😅

24 paintings in 72 hours.
They came like an explosion of creative energy and I felt like I couldn’t stop.
Sometimes painting 3 or 4 in a row without moving.
Other times taking a break before it began again…the surge in energy and the colours, shapes and movements that I could see when I closed my eyes.
With some came grief, others frustration and one in particular was pure rage as I released sentences and expletives that had to come out.
Others I just watched evolve from my hands, creator and spectator all in one as the energy flowed through me.
Creative expression saved me at my darkest times and became my go to method of releasing complex layers of emotions from various depths of my soul.
Where words can’t be found and can’t reach, there is creative expression.
I will forever be passionate about it and champion it as a vital tool for the full expression of the soul, in whichever way it needs to come 💖
Sometimes I get called to go outside and when I do I feel the energy, the elements and I receive downloads.
This morning, I was quite firmly called to sit outside.
I could immediately feel the fiery and potent energy being carried by the wind and when I sat down, the downloads began.
I felt called to do it again just now, but to also record myself whilst doing it and then share it.
Not only do my eyelids flutter when it happens, I get twitches and sometimes jerks in my body, mostly my right arm. The speed and rhythm of my eyelid movements also change and I see colours. Today it’s very green and yellow…heart and solar plexus downloads in particular.
This week has seen some very intense energy which we will have all processed in our own way.
Mine has been downloads, lots of emotional purging and release and an immense surge of creative energy with that too, which I’ll share more about tomorrow.
This surely is a powerful Blue Moon today, alongside the other energies that have been present for us this week.
Something big is shifting.

It’s so lovely receiving written reviews but for me, the absolute best is seeing the transformation in someone from when they walk in to when they’re leaving their session with me.
The heaviness, the lack of eye contact, the weight of what they’ve been carrying, the tension, the suppressed emotions,the overthinking, the hopelessness…it all melts away and they sit there looking free, happy, calm and full of the deep knowing that everything is ok.
This is why I offer a variety of Reiki services, because so often money is the limiting factor for so many, but I want everyone to be able to benefit.
You can have this experience from a short session too, just like this lovely client who left the review and it cost her £30 (the session that is, not the review…I didn’t pay her to say that! 😂😂)
If it’s what calls to you, then there’s a reason for it.
It’s always exactly what you need at the time you find me.
Maybe it’s a gentle way in to more sessions, maybe it’s all you need from me before you move on to something else.
It’s all good and how it’s meant to be 💖

I absolutely love feathers! 🪶
I see them everywhere I go, I collect them and my home is full of them! 🫣
They frequently stop me in my tracks, make me slow down, feel their energy, receive their message and pause for a moment of gratitude and connection.
They have appeared from nowhere to float in front of me just when I needed to see them, they have floated along next to me as if walking with me, they have appeared around people I am meant to connect with, like the Universe is marking them out to me and they have even circled around my friend’s shoulder as he was talking to me about an old injury that had been acting up in exactly that same spot…and we weren’t even outside! 😅
They’re incredible and always appear at exactly the right time.
I’m so grateful to have this connection with feathers and I love creating with them.
This is my latest selection of wall hangings, the majority of which are made from stunning ostrich feathers.
The peacock and duck feathers are just gorgeous…I actually feel the colours and shimmer effect in my body as if I am experiencing a whole other sense of them which is so hard to put into words.

This Friday 22nd May, we welcome women from alternative wellness and spiritual businesses into our beautiful, non-competitive space, laying the foundation for soul connections, collaborations, an expanded client base, recommendations and much more!

This was our very special morning together experiencing meditation, a beautifully delivered Sound Bath by Charlotte Simmons, incredibly emotive, gorgeously sung songs from Jeska Onderwater, individual healing Reiki and guided intuitive art with interpretation from me, as well as a delicious vegan lunch.
We were quite overwhelmed at just how magical it felt and how much it touched us all.
I am so grateful to the amazing for allowing me to be part of this beautiful morning and for the absolute honour of singing for us in such an intimate setting during her short visit to London.
It’s hard to put into words just what we all felt when Jeska began singing…her voice carries such incredibly beautiful energy that facilitated so many emotional releases 🥹
