Well what a beautiful morning it was at Soul Collaboration Colindale 🌞🌷

Such a wonderful circle of incredible women sharing their stories, their wisdom, their gifts and their love.

We were treated to a fantastic talk and live demonstration by the lovely Aggie about auricular acupuncture 👂💖

And not only is she an acupuncturist but she also performs Tuina massage and cupping including Hijama or wet cupping so please check her out and get your appointment booked! 😉

Imagine spending a Saturday morning with the family, relaxing and doing something truly meaningful together.

On Saturday 27th June, we will be holding our Creative Release session in a beautiful garden in Mill Hill.

We will begin by lying down on the grass, with a child-friendly visualisation that will set the scene nicely as the Sound Bath nourishes and relaxes you, opening up the flow of your creative energy, ready for when we move into the intuitive art section where you get to express yourself freely.

We have kept the Sound Bath to 30 minutes but if you’re still worried that you have fidgety kids that won’t stay still for that long, don’t worry, we do too and so Charlotte B will be on hand to start the art section early with them if need be, in order to allow you to enjoy the full time experiencing the sound before you join them.

These sessions are such a beautiful bonding experience and a wonderful opportunity for you and your children to just let go, to not have to follow any rules or meet any expectations...and that’s incredibly liberating and healing even when we’re inside so imagine just how magical it is when you’re outside in nature!

And if you don’t have children or you’d like to come alone or with a friend, that’s wonderful too, we’d love to welcome you all there.

It’s going to be a beautiful morning and we can’t wait to share it with you.

We recommend you bring water and snacks for your children and if they would like to bring a favourite toy, this will be great to provide them extra comfort during the Sound Bath.

24 paintings in 72 hours.

They came like an explosion of creative energy and I felt like I couldn’t stop.

Sometimes painting 3 or 4 in a row without moving.

Other times taking a break before it began again…the surge in energy and the colours, shapes and movements that I could see when I closed my eyes.

With some came grief, others frustration and one in particular was pure rage as I released sentences and expletives that had to come out.

Others I just watched evolve from my hands, creator and spectator all in one as the energy flowed through me.

Creative expression saved me at my darkest times and became my go to method of releasing complex layers of emotions from various depths of my soul.

Where words can’t be found and can’t reach, there is creative expression.

I will forever be passionate about it and champion it as a vital tool for the full expression of the soul, in whichever way it needs to come 💖

Sometimes I get called to go outside and when I do I feel the energy, the elements and I receive downloads.

This morning, I was quite firmly called to sit outside.

I could immediately feel the fiery and potent energy being carried by the wind and when I sat down, the downloads began.

I felt called to do it again just now, but to also record myself whilst doing it and then share it.

Not only do my eyelids flutter when it happens, I get twitches and sometimes jerks in my body, mostly my right arm. The speed and rhythm of my eyelid movements also change and I see colours. Today it’s very green and yellow…heart and solar plexus downloads in particular.

This week has seen some very intense energy which we will have all processed in our own way.

Mine has been downloads, lots of emotional purging and release and an immense surge of creative energy with that too, which I’ll share more about tomorrow.

This surely is a powerful Blue Moon today, alongside the other energies that have been present for us this week.

Something big is shifting.
