When you want a brownie… but can’t be bothered to bake 🍫✨

Start by adding 1 cup oats, ½ a banana, 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, 1 tablespoon Elavate chocolate collagen, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 tablespoon honey, and 1 cup milk into a blender. Blend until smooth, thick, and glossy ✨

Pour the mixture into a baking mug, then scatter or drizzle over some chocolate chips for that extra indulgent touch 🍫

Pop into the air fryer at 180°C for 15–20 minutes, until just set but still soft in the middle.

Let it cool slightly, then slice and enjoy — rich, comforting, and the kind of brownie you’ll keep coming back to 🩵

Caramelised banana + dates, creamy vanilla yogurt, and a little crunch on top.

Ingredients:
• 1 medium banana, sliced
• 4 small dates, sliced
• Cinnamon (to taste)
• Drizzle of honey (about 1 tsp)
• 2 servings non-fat Greek yogurt
• 1 tsp Elavate vanilla
• 1 tsp butter
• Pinch of pink Himalayan salt
• 1 tsp crushed pistachios

Method:

1. Slice the banana and dates.
2. Add butter to a pan on medium heat, then cook the banana and dates until soft and golden.
3. Sprinkle in cinnamon and drizzle honey — let it caramelise slightly.
4. In a bowl, mix your Greek yogurt with 1 tsp Elavate vanilla.
5. Top with the warm caramelised mix.
6. Finish with crushed pistachios and a pinch of salt.
