✨ LIP REJUVENATION — NOT LIP OVERFILLING ✨

Beautiful lips are not always about adding volume.
Sometimes they simply need regeneration, hydration, antioxidant protection, and collagen support.

At my clinic we are loving advanced regenerative treatments using antioxidant-rich complexes such as Meso-Xanthin to improve:

💋 Lip hydration
💋 Fine lines around the mouth
💋 Lip texture & softness
💋 Ageing or thinning lips
💋 Crepey lipstick lines
💋 Dull lip colour
💋 Menopausal lip changes

Rather than creating an “overfilled” appearance, these treatments focus on improving the QUALITY of the tissue itself.

Meso-Xanthin combines powerful antioxidant technology with regenerative ingredients including:
✨ hyaluronic acid
✨ amino acids
✨ peptides
✨ vitamins
✨ fucoxanthin-derived antioxidant protection

The goal?
Healthier, smoother, softer, naturally youthful lips.

Perfect for patients who want:
✔ natural results
✔ elegant rejuvenation
✔ subtle enhancement
✔ prevention of ageing
✔ improved lip quality without excessive filler

Because regenerative aesthetics is not about changing faces.
It is about restoring tissue health beautifully and intelligently.

PCOS has officially been renamed PMOS — Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome.

And honestly, the shift matters.
Because this condition was never just about “cysts.”

Many women with PMOS/PCOS don’t even have ovarian cysts on ultrasound.
Some have “normal” glucose.
Some are lean.
Some still have regular-looking cycles.
And many were dismissed for years because the old diagnostic lens was too narrow.

This new terminology reflects what clinicians and patients have known for a long time:
PMOS is a metabolic, endocrine and multisystem condition that can affect far more than the ovaries alone.

⚠️ PMOS is often missed when:
• Ultrasounds appear “normal”
• Fasting glucose is normal but fasting insulin was never checked
• Women are lean (“lean PMOS” absolutely exists)
• Classic hirsutism is absent despite elevated androgens
• Cycles look regular on paper but ovulation is inconsistent
• Hormonal contraception masked symptoms for years

The conversation is finally shifting from:
“Do you have cysts?”
to
“What is happening metabolically and hormonally?”

🧪 Labs worth discussing with your clinician may include:
• Free testosterone
• Total testosterone
• SHBG
• DHEA-S
• Fasting insulin
• HOMA-IR
• LH & FSH
• AMH
• Prolactin

Because insulin resistance and androgen dysregulation can often appear YEARS before obvious ultrasound changes.

FOUNDATIONAL lifestyle strategies supported by research include:
✔️ Resistance training
✔️ Protein-forward, lower glycaemic eating
✔️ Prioritising sleep and circadian consistency
✔️ Stress regulation
✔️ Reducing endocrine disruptor exposure where possible

Some supplements with emerging evidence worth discussing with a healthcare professional:
• Myo-inositol + D-chiro inositol
• Berberine
• NAC
• Omega-3s
• Vitamin D (if deficient)

This is not about fear.
It is about earlier recognition, better metabolic understanding, and helping women feel heard before symptoms escalate.

You deserve answers.
Not dismissal.

• The Ultimate Skin Ageing Duo: Age Defence Moisturising Day Cream is your one-step protection against damage that occurs throughout the day + Night Repair Therapy is your hardworking night cream restoring collagen and fibrillin without irritation.

Let’s cut through the marketing and get to the real differentiators — because on the surface it’s “just another SPF moisturiser,” but under the hood it’s trying to play in a slightly more advanced space.

1) DNA repair enzymes (this is the headline feature)

Most day creams protect. This one claims to actively repair UV-induced DNA damage using enzymes like photolyase-type systems.

* That’s not standard skincare — it’s closer to post-UV damage mitigation
* Evidence exists in dermatology (not miracle-level, but not fluff either)
* Conceptually: reduce mutation signalling, inflammation, and downstream ageing

👉 In plain terms:
Not just “don’t damage skin” → but “fix some of the damage you already caused.”

2) Encapsulated SPF (clever formulation detail)

Instead of traditional filters sitting directly on skin, they’re encapsulated in micro-particles.

Why that matters:

* Less irritation (good for sensitive/reactive patients)
* More even film → better real-world UV coverage
* Better cosmetic elegance (less pilling, smoother finish)

👉 This is actually a smart formulation choice — especially for daily compliance.

3) Triple-action “protection model” (this is the brand’s philosophy)

It’s designed around 3 layers of defence:

* UV protection (SPF 50 PA++++)
* DNA repair
* Antioxidant + pollution defence

👉 Most creams do 1–2 of these.
This tries to combine all three in one step.

4) Collagen preservation focus (not just hydration)

They’re targeting:

* MMP-1 suppression → less collagen breakdown
* Reduced inflammation → less long-term dermal damage

👉 So it’s positioned more as preventative ageing control, not correction.

5) Barrier-mimicking hydration (quiet but important)

Ingredients like:

* Squalane
* Lecithin
* Glycerin

These mimic natural skin lipids → better barrier function and hydration

👉 This is why patients often say makeup sits well on top.
- doesn’t get better!

What is Meso-Wharton?

Meso-Wharton P199® is a next-generation injectable biorevitalisation treatment developed by ABG Lab, designed to restore skin at a cellular level, not just superficially hydrate or fill.

It is particularly targeted for ageing, depleted skin (typically 40+), where stem cell activity and regenerative capacity have declined.

Key Science (what makes it different)

At its core is a synthetic Wharton’s Jelly Peptide (P199) — an analogue of embryonic signalling peptides.
• Acts as a “signal molecule” for skin stem cells
• Stimulates fibroblast activity → collagen + elastin synthesis
• Promotes cell turnover and dermal regeneration
• Enhances extracellular matrix repair

👉 In simple terms:
This is not just hydration (like HA boosters) — it’s regenerative signalling.

Composition

Typical formulation includes:
• Non-crosslinked Hyaluronic Acid → hydration + plumping
• Wharton’s Jelly Peptide P199 → stem cell stimulation
• Amino acids & nucleotides → cellular repair
• Vitamins & microelements → metabolic support
• Coenzymes / growth-factor-like signalling components

Mechanism of Action

Meso-Wharton works through 3 parallel pathways:
1. Stem cell activation
→ Reactivates dormant dermal stem cells
2. Fibroblast stimulation
→ Increased collagen, elastin, HA synthesis
3. Dermal restructuring
→ Improved density, elasticity, and skin quality

This leads to true dermal regeneration rather than temporary correction.

Indications
• Skin ageing (loss of density, elasticity)
• Fine lines and deeper wrinkles
• Dull, thin, “tired” skin
• Neck + décolleté ageing
• Periorbital ageing (off-label in experienced hands)
• Post-procedure recovery (laser, RF, peels)

Clinical Benefits
• Improved skin thickness & firmness
• Reduction in fine lines and wrinkles
• Enhanced hydration and glow
• Better skin resilience to environmental stress
• Subtle lifting and contour improvement

Treatment Protocol
• Typically 4–6 sessions
• Spaced 7–14 days apart
• Maintenance: every 6–12 months

PRP doesn’t work… for everyone.

And that’s because it depends on YOUR biology — your platelet count, your follicle health, your age, and even the clinic’s protocol.

That’s a lot of variables.

PRP delivers growth factors from your own blood — but not all blood is equal. Some patients get high concentrations. Others get diluted results. Some follicles respond. Others can’t.

That’s why results are so inconsistent.

And it’s exactly why newer therapies are changing the game.

Exosomes and targeted growth factor treatments remove the guesswork. Instead of relying on what your body happens to produce, they deliver controlled, consistent biological signals directly to the follicle.

No variability. No guessing. No relying on chance.

And in many cases — no painful injections.

PRP was a major step forward.

But it’s not the final answer.

Have you tried PRP — or something newer?

Everyone is talking about “exosomes”.

Very few understand where they actually fit.

This is MCT + PRP + exosomes — a controlled regenerative protocol, not a trend.

We create uniform microchannels → deliver platelet-derived growth factors → layer signalling molecules to support repair.

What you get:
• Better skin quality (not volume)
• Smoother texture, more even tone
• Faster recovery post treatments
• Subtle, cumulative improvement

What you don’t get:
• No instant lift
• No replacement for fillers or tightening devices
• No exaggerated promises

This is for patients who want:
Consistency > quick fixes

⚠️ In the UK, exosomes are not licensed for injection though multiple clinical trials are on worldwide and some countries do allow the treatment. These however, are from your own blood and there is no foreign issue and has no risk to you..
