6 months of pregnancy, here are some of my favourite things I’ve found along the way
💖 do maternity wear - who knew
💖It’s so hard to know what vitamins/ supplements you can take when pregnant, so when I found I was so happy as they have everything you need for each trimester
💖I have taken collagen for a few years and worried I would have to stop due to lots being made from marine collagen which isn’t allowed, but is perfectly safe, plus has extra vitamins and most importantly tastes so good!!
💖 looking after bump with conditioning body serum, feels amazing and smells so good like a mini spa session
💖 in my first trimester I did not feel up to my usual hardcore exercise, but .pilates.lab.studio were amazing, kept me moving and helped me strong. I can’t wait to go back when baby is here in her new outfit
💖 maternity wear has been my daily essentials, fabric feels amazing and is so comfy
