This is where it all began…2009.

A dream that started quietly in my heart grew into a space of connection, conversations, laughter, tears and transformation. A place where beauty was never only about the outside but about presence, care and the energy we shared together.

When we started, we were one of the first lash salons in Central London, in Kensington. Over the years, we had the honour of working with incredible women, including celebrities, receiving industry recognition and awards, writing two books about lashes, and training artists globally in our craft. We were always devoted to excellence, with a standard of work known for its quality and care.

To the women who became my team - thank you for your heart, your passion and your presence. You co-created this space with me. We travelled, created so many beautiful things together, and I will always be grateful for you.❤️

All of this meant so much… but what truly made this journey special was something even deeper.

More than anything, we created real connections. Friendships. Moments that will stay in my heart forever.

And that is why today I write to you with a full heart… and with deep gratitude, and a touch of sadness, that on the 7th of March we will be closing the doors of Agnes dos Santos Salon.

It has been a beautiful journey. Filled with stories I will carry with me forever. Filled with you - the clients who co-created this space with your presence, your trust and your hearts.

Thank you for every moment. Every conversation. Every shared experience.

This chapter is coming to a close… and I hold it with love, respect and deep gratitude.
