I am really excited to share that I have been selected as a finalist for the 2026 Best SME Awards - Best Young Entrepreneur.

Writing the application was such a good opportunity to reflect on my business journey and everything I have achieved so far.

A huge thank you to all my amazing clients for choosing me and trusting me to support you with your nutrition, health and wellbeing. Seeing you feel happier and healthier is exactly why I do what I do.

Thank you as well to my friends, family and everyone who has supported me so far.

Festive gatherings can come with a lot of social pressure around food. Here are a few gentle reminders to help you enjoy the season on your own terms:

🎄 Choose what you actually enjoy - you don’t have to eat something just because it’s offered.
🎄 Prioritise your own goals - you’re not obliged to match anyone else’s expectations.
🎄 Practice a simple, polite “No thank you” when you don’t want something.
🎄 Bring a dish you love so you know you will have options that feel good.
🎄 Balance your plate by filling the rest of it with veggies or foods that satisfy you.

Set boundaries, enjoy yourself, and move through the festive season guilt-free. 🩷

I’m still processing what an incredible evening it was.
Last night, I was honoured to receive the Solo Stylist Experience Excellence Award with Mind For Business in collaboration with La Biosthetique UK Ltd - a recognition that celebrates the service, care, and attention I put into every appointment.

Standing in a room filled with some of the most talented stylists across the UK and hearing my name called was a moment I’ll never forget. It reminded me how much I love creating personalised experiences that truly make clients feel understood, valued, and uplifted.

A special thank you to La Biosthetique Education for your continued support, exceptional education, and training. Your commitment to excellence inspires me daily and plays a huge part in the standard of service I’m able to offer.

Although this award has my name on it, it’s shared with every single person who has sat in my chair.

To my wonderful clients: thank you for trusting me with your hair, your time, and your well-being. Your support is the reason I’m able to do what I love, and I’m genuinely grateful for each one of you.

This award means so much - but the real joy comes from continuing to grow, refine, and elevate the experience I offer.
