Kopela is opening ❤️😆🥳🥳
Thank you to all our clients for your patience! Kopela will open on the 4th July with instructions to keep staff and clients safe.

TO MAKE A APPOINTMENT

* A member of Kopela will contact you If you had a previous appointment and get you booked back in. We will be working on the appointments that were cancelled day by day. Once all clients are booked back in, Kopela will be taking bookings from the 4th of July to move forward.

INSTRUCTIONS AND PROCEDURES

* Kopelas phone line will not be answered during the day. Please leave a clear voicemail with your name and number and a Member of staff will call you back at the end of there working day for all bookings or cancellation.

* Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment and wait in the car park as reception waiting area will be closed. Your stylist will then text you to come in.

* Please bring your own mask. If you do not have one, we will provide for you.

* We will not be finishing our services with blow-drying hair. Hair will either be washed and towel dried or, if you wish, a treatment left on.

* No teas, coffees, food or magazines will be served untill further notice. Please bring your own if you would like and dispose of it yourself either in Kopelas bin or take it with you.

* We will be taking cash and card.

* There will be a small increase of prices to cover the cost of PPE.

* No walk it's, appointment only

TO KEEP KOPELA STAFF AND CLIENT'S SAFE.

* Between each client, time has been alicanted to sterilise stylist equipment, trollys, Station, chair and basin area.

* When entering Kopela please wash and sanitize your hands. Its available for u at each stations.

* There will be towels and gowns provided for each client, washed on a 90 degree wash.

* Card machine will be sterilised before and after each client and cash will be excepted using disposable gloves

Please be patient as we start to get the salon up and running..
