My Client a basketball player came to see you with Achilles discomfort after returning from a hand injury. After an assessment we found major tightness and tension in all the major leg muscles and soles of the feet. This session was very different to a lot of my session due to the built up tension, But we got to a good place.
Whenever you feel pain you have left it too long to book in for treatment. The pain is a product of issues that have built up over time unless it was an injury. Take care of your body regularly and early to avoid pain, discomfort and injuries.
