Unfortunately, an illness has knocked me off of my new me journey. I am always telling people if they do not listen to their body, they will be put down so that they have to rest. From now on I will do as I say.
I have purchased my exercise videos. Now to add healthy eating. Looking forward to the inches dropping away in all the right places.

This is the product I am looking to get. First I have to assess my hair, as in USA everyone knows their hair type. It is not just curly, wavy, kinks or straight. Hi Made for You family. I am sure I am not alone in this. Things started to run smoothly and I could see the light at the end of the tunnel, off into the distance - then Bam! Life got in the way and knocked me off course for a while.
I went through many emotions during this time, which could have overpowered me. Why didn't they? I had support from my sister who allowed me to express how I was feeling. It only takes one person to listen, and hear ,what you have to say. Unknowingly my grandchildren also played a part in me bouncing back - you've got to love them. Children say the funniest things. I learnt that laughter is a good medicine.

Wow and wow again. Unfortunately my transformation has become a slow burner physically, however the first wow is because spiritually my transformation is having a positive affect on me. More about that later.
My second wow is all for my daughter who is transforming into a girly girl. She is wearing dresses, which I never thought I would see and raiding my make-up drawer with the Younique products in, which I had bought for myself. She really loves the 3D Mascara. Do other Mums out there have their children raiding their things, only to find in a blink of an eye, that she claims whatever it is, has now become hers? Anyway, it has been lovely to see her soften and still retain her strength.
She is putting me to shame though. She has started her healthy eating regime and she is loving it. She has lots more energy and is a happier soul. I am looking into going onto the Integrative Nutrition course, founded by Joshua Rosenthal. I am hoping to join my daughter on her healthy eating plan before then. I have been invited to a wedding later this year so I want to drop some dress sizes by then.
