❓ Is every type of reflexology good?

➡️ Yes. Any reflexology can be effective if it is backed by knowledge, experience, and a genuine intention to help others.

❓ What is most important for effective therapy?

➡️ A great deal depends on the therapist's intention and choosing the right approach. Knowing the points is one thing, but being able to combine them into a coherent treatment is a completely different level of expertise.

We must remember that reflex points can be stimulated not only on the feet, but also on the hands, ears, and head. When we combine this knowledge with the flow of meridians in the body, we elevate the treatment to another level entirely.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, there are many other aspects to consider during therapy, such as the Theory of the Five Elements, the Six Layers, and more.

❓ Do you only work with people who come with a specific problem?

➡️ When a client visits me, I naturally conduct an initial consultation to get a clear picture of their overall health. We often think we fully understand and can diagnose our own issues, but the root cause of discomfort can be very different from what we expect.

In reflexology, making an assessment is important, but ultimately, the body chooses where the healing process begins. So the answer is no – I work with almost everyone. I say 'almost' because there are certain cases where I cannot perform therapy, for example, immediately before or after surgery, or with patients who have had organ transplants.

❓ Czy każda refleksologia jest dobra?

➡️ Tak. Każda refleksologia może być dobra, jeśli stoi za nią wiedza, doświadczenie i szczera intencja pomocy drugiemu człowiekowi.

❓ Co jest najważniejsze w skutecznej terapii?

➡️ Dużo zależy od intencji terapeuty i odpowiednio dobranej terapii. Sama znajomość punktów to jedno, ale umiejętność ich łączenia w spójną terapię – to zupełnie inny poziom pracy.
Pamiętajmy, że można stymulować punkty refleksologiczne nie tylko na stopach, ale również na rękach, uszach i głowie, a jak połączymy to z przebiegiem meridianów w ciele - to znowu zmieniamy poziom zabiegów.
W tradycyjnej medycynie chińskiej jest jeszcze sporo rzeczy do uwzględnienia w terapii, np. Teoria pięciu elementów, sześciu warstw, itd.

❓Czy pracujesz tylko z osobami, którzy przychodzą z konkretnym problemem ?

➡️ Kiedy dana osoba trafia do mnie oczywiście muszę sporządzić i wypełnić konsultację początkową, która daje mi obraz kondycji organizmu. Często myślimy, że wiemy i umiemy zdiagnozować swój problem w pełni, ale przyczyna dolegliwości może być zupełnie inna niż nam się wydaje.
Przy refleksologii istotne jest postawienie diagnozy, ale to ciało samo wybierze od czego zacznie się proces uzdrawiania, więc odpowiedź brzmi - nie - pracuję niemal z każdym. Mówię niemal, ponieważ istnieją przypadki, w których nie mogę podjąć się terapii, np. stany bezpośrednio przed lub po zabiegach chirurgicznych, osoby po przeszczepach narządów.
