In the first photo I was wedding ready a couple of weeks ago, ready to take on the world in my new gorgeous unit from , and in the second photo I've just finished working from home and feel absolutely shattered, wearing a 4 year old wig which ironically has alopecia now itself 😂

However, I'm still proud of BOTH versions of me in each photo 🥰 A reminder to love all versions of yourself, beautiful people 🙌

Do you ever take a selfie, decide you hate it immediately but then look again the following day and completely change your mind?

Perception is such a powerful thing and so much can impact the way you 'see' something.

When you look back on a photo where you're no longer in the moment, I feel like it's almost as though you're seeing it through someone else's eyes and that can sometimes be quite a beautiful thing 🖤

Life has been a little crazy these past few months so it's been almost impossible to find time for Instagram but it's really dawned on me how much I miss the hair loss community so my aim is to try and make it more of a priority to come back on as often as I can.

very kindly sent me the Spotlight wig in colour Iced Pumpkin Spice from the collection and I have to admit that I've not stopped wearing it since!

I feel like I've found my perfect natural hair colour and defo getting Jen Aniston vibes from it! I also love how the highlights at the front make for a really natural hairline.
