Why do I keep on doing this?

I think most people think that this is an easy way to make money but let me tell you that this is what is involved in 'making money':

1. In many cases, informed consent forms are completed after interacting with patients for a few days/weeks/months
2. Doing your utmost to ensure patients are well informed.
3. Assististing them with pre treatment consultations/instructions , test patches (if required), critical before photos
4. Arranging prescriptions, anaesthetic injections, completion of informed consents.
5. Performaning treatments with absolute focus, often 6 to 8 hours of uninterrupted precision treatment, always aiming for perfection in order to achieve the best compromise between safety and efficacy
6. Post care treatment management including daily check ins for 7 to 10 days post treatment, often with chk up visits. Often on the phone till 11pm checking up on patients.
7. Follow up evaluations & even then, less but continued monitoring & reassurance. 90% of patients are thrilled with their results. 9% say they're satisfied, 1% say all sorts of things but bottom line is they're unhappy.

90% of patients remember the detailed explanations, the forms they completed, the reminders of often times extended healing times, the importance of taking prescribed medication, the fairness of allowing 'after photos' to be taken to allow for fair evaluation of the process. They trust me, they trust the journey.

If the aforementioned is followed the outcome is always Amazing.

Not everyone is ecstatic, not everyone, acknowledges the improvement or benefit, not everyone is fair to both themselves nor the Ablase Specialist. I've realised that patients hear what they want to hear, not what they've been told to exoect/happen They are impatient when patience is the only option. They share fragmented & distorted versions of the truth in an attempt to make sense of what they haven't or what they've got. They share mistruths & believe their mistruths (thank goodness for accurate record keeping)

So 'making money' is 'working for days' to ensure patient safety, well being & satisfaction

As hard as we aim for the perfect track record, it still eludes us. It is so difficult to stay enthusiast, committed, motivated, as it's the 1% that requires 90% of one's energy. And yet bizarrely, I still care about the 1%. It is in striving for perfection that we may just manage to deliver excellence.

Remember, no matter which percentage you are (& even if you drive me crazy), you still matter. If you answer the door when I knock, I'll be there for you. Everyone is & remains valuable to me. No matter how horribly behave, you still remain my patients & I wait to be of service to you.

In business we are encouraged to present perfection, to portray our service as impeccable & flawless. In spite of every effort made, sometimes patients are disappointed.
We are all human.

When I look at these before & after photos below I realise that I've been blessed, I have a gift to repair damaged tissue & restore confidence. The positivity, co operation &, appreciation of 90% surely must give me the strength to carry the burden of the other 10% 😂💪😉

Photo journey over a 3 week period post full mouth Ablase Method treatment.

Top 2 photos were taken on day of procedure. 3rd photo immediately after having treated half the mouth area to show contrast. The 4th photo was taken a few days post treatment. The final photo was sent to me by the patient today, 21 days after her treatment.

We used the Ablase Method to tighten, retexture, reduce lines & pores around the mouth area, without any artificial injecting of products, ensuring REAL remodeling of the skin.

Our patient adhered to protocols 100% which has resulted in this compelling outcome. There is still some contrast in skin tone between the treated area & the untreated, surrounding skin but in a few more weeks, harmonisation will be complete.
