Thank you to The Times for including me in their feature on London’s most in-demand acupuncturists this weekend.

Daily in clinic, I have conversations with patients who are finding it increasingly hard to do one thing at a time. Then one of them asked me why we hadn’t done a Focus Patch, and I had no good answer. So I decided to make one.
