Throwing it back to the last women’s circle I attended.
Being in a healing circle is something I consider essential. Not just for the women I work with, but for me too.
Being a healer doesn’t mean the journey is over. If anything, it means I understand more deeply than ever that we all need community. We all need a place where we can simply be witnessed, without needing to fix anything or hold anything together.
There is so much power in that. In softening. In receiving. In remembering that healing was never meant to be done alone.
We all need a place to come home to ourselves.
Do you have a space like this in your life? I would love to know in the comments.
Xx
The anxiety.
The overwhelm.
The constant pressure.
Often it is not a sign that something is wrong with you.
It is a sign that you have drifted from yourself.
When you begin to reconnect with that deeper part of you - your true self - everything starts to shift.
Not overnight.
But gently. And sustainably.
This is the work I am devoted to. And it is some of the most beautiful work I have ever witnessed.
If this speaks to you, you are in the right place.

One of the things I appreciate most about homeopathy is how much space it makes for the whole person.
Not just the symptom.
Not just the diagnosis.
But the story behind it.
Two people can walk in with the exact same complaint… and leave with completely different remedies. Because their bodies, histories, sensitivities, and experiences are different.
That level of personalisation changes the entire conversation around healing.
Instead of rushing through a short appointment or trying to quiet the body as quickly as possible, we slow down and listen.
We ask better questions.
We notice patterns.
We begin to understand what the body may be trying to communicate.
Again and again, I see how powerful it can be when someone feels genuinely heard in their health journey.
Sometimes that alone shifts something important.
If this approach resonates with you and you’re curious about whether homeopathy might support you, you’re welcome to explore working together.

In Kabbalistic Reiki, we go deeper.
Through Tikun HaNefesh “correction of the soul” we work on energetic imbalances at a soul level.
This supports not just physical relief, but spiritual alignment.
If you’re ready to experience healing that supports your body, mind, and soul…
Kabbalistic Reiki offers a sacred space for renewal.

Most of us think stress is just in our mind.
That if we could just think differently, manage our time better, or be “stronger,” it wouldn’t affect us so much.
But stress is physiological.
When something overwhelming happens, your nervous system shifts into protection mode automatically. And if life has been demanding for a while, that survival response can stay on longer than we realize – showing up as fatigue, tension, anxiety, or restless sleep.
This isn’t a personal weakness. It’s a body that hasn’t fully felt safe again.
Regulation doesn’t begin with force or pushing through. It begins with small, consistent signals of safety that gently teach your system it can soften.
If you’d like to go deeper, I wrote a full article for Brainz Magazine sharing 7 natural ways to calm your nervous system and restore balance. The link is in my bio.
What has actually been working for you when you feel stressed?

Most people think slowing down means you’re losing momentum.
That if you pause, you’ll fall behind.
That if you rest, you’ll lose your edge.
But sometimes the real reason stillness feels uncomfortable… is because your nervous system has only ever known urgency.
What if you could slow down without losing direction?
What if clarity didn’t come from pressure…but from stability?
What if your power didn’t disappear in stillness – but actually grew there?
Inside Journey to the True Self, we talk about building safety first — because real transformation begins in a regulated nervous system.

My healing journey didn’t begin with Reiki.
It began with seeking something deeper.
Ancient wisdom gave me structure.
Embodied practice gave me softness.
Over time, they became one integrated way of living.
This is the foundation of how I hold space inside Journey to the True Self.
Not force.
Not intensity.
Just a steady return to who you really are.
Comment JOURNEY and I’ll send you the link.
Most of what we call “personality” is patterned protection.
Ways we learned to stay safe.
Ways we adapted to expectation.
Ways we managed stress, approval, belonging.
Over time, those patterns can start to feel like who we are.
But there’s a difference between living from conditioning… and living from alignment.
Reaction feels urgent.
Alignment feels steady.
Control feels tight.
Trust feels spacious.
Survival feels protective and hyper-aware.
Soul-led awareness feels grounded and clear.
The True Self is rarely loud.
It doesn’t rush or force.
It doesn’t need to prove.
It feels quieter.
More rooted.
Less reactive.
And accessing it isn’t about trying to “be more authentic.”
It’s about creating enough safety in the nervous system for the protective layers to soften.
That’s why inside Journey to the True Self, we don’t begin with “be your true self.”
We begin with grounding.
Nervous system safety.
Awareness.
And as the nervous system begins to feel safe…
your true self naturally begins to lead.
If this speaks to you, comment JOURNEY and I’ll send you more details 🤍

We’ve been conditioned to believe that transformation requires intensity.
Wake up earlier.
Do more.
Be more disciplined.
But the nervous system doesn’t change through force.
It changes through safety.
When a practice feels overwhelming, the body contracts.
When it feels doable, the body softens.
And softening is where regulation begins.
This is why small rituals matter. Not because they look impressive… but because they are repeatable.
Inside “Journey to the True Self”, we build from that place.
Not intensity.
Not rigid discipline.
But grounded, sustainable rhythm.

If I could go back to 2009 and hand myself one thing, I wouldn’t choose relief. I’d choose this book.
You Can Heal Your Life was pivotal in my early years… because it helped me understand that awareness can be as transformative as any form of healing.
This page stopped me in my tracks, especially the words:
“I forgive you and I set you free.”
For me, forgiveness wasn’t about excusing anything.
It was about choosing to release what I’d been carrying — in my mind, my heart, and my body... so my system could finally soften and reset.
And then this line at the bottom of the page felt like the key that unlocked it all:
“There is only one thing I ever work on, and that is LOVING THE SELF.”
What book changed the way you see your life or your health?
For a long time, I used to relate to my body as something I needed to “manage”.
When the pain of endometriosis was at its peak, I experienced it as an interruption… something malfunctioning, something that needed to be quietened with the right medicine or the right treatment. I was always looking for a way out of my body, instead of a way home to it.
Then in 2009, I did something that felt almost radical in its simplicity.
I stopped trying to fix anything.
I sat down, placed a hand where the ache felt loudest, and asked a question I had never thought to ask before:
What are you trying to tell me?
In that five minutes of stillness, I didn’t receive a diagnosis or a solution.
I received an understanding.
I realised my body wasn’t failing me… it was communicating. What I was feeling wasn’t just physical pain, but the language of a nervous system that no longer felt safe, and a soul that had been living out of alignment for far too long.
That $0 moment marked the beginning of my healing. Not because the pain disappeared, but because the relationship changed. I stopped seeing my symptoms as something to escape from, and began listening to them as information.
Healing doesn’t always begin with a prescription.
Sometimes, it begins with a pause, a breath, and the willingness to listen to what the body has been trying to say all along.
What has your body been asking you to listen to lately?
