OUR MASSAGE TREATMENT: Our seated massage is undertaken over-the-clothes, and requires no oil nor fuss, ensuring minimal disruption whilst delivering positive results. Post-treatment you can expect to feel de-stressed - energized - revitalized - motivated - with a clearer mind and greater focus. OUR YOGA CLASSES: Designed specifically for beginners through to experienced yogis, 1-hour corporate classes are Hatha/Vinyasa style. OUR MEDITATION: from bite-sized themed sessions from Focus to Stress Management through to 1-hour guided sessions designed for the workplace.
