I’m Carla, the face behind ETERNA WELLNESS- an Independent Nurse Prescriber with a MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice, and a deep commitment to helping you feel your best from within.

Eterna Wellness isn’t just about treatments, it’s about empowerment, self-trust and creating a space where transformation feels, supported and real.

Well, when I moved to the UK a decade ago to work in the NHS, I came across professionals that would use the term “Just to tick a box” . As I developed my skills and progressed in my career, I also began to move away from the approach “just ticking a box”. We all are individuals with different characteristics, and what fits me might not fit you, so why do something just to tick a box?! Out of the Box Aesthetics is exactly that.
