Carb and/or dairy rich foods prior to a Hijama session are heavily frowned upon.
They make the stomach work extra hard, in turn causing more blood to be pushed towards breaking them down, which then prevents the “dead cells” to be pushed to the surface for extraction.
PLEASE DO NOT EAT A HEAVY MEAL prior to a session. All details will be sent out once you’re booked in.

Now we have a more hygienic approach, using disposable equipment and taking every precautionary measure for the patients health and safety.

This is why fasting is advised prior to a cupping session.
The human body increases blood flow to its digestive system via the superior mesenteric artery to help break down ingested food, resulting in less blood being carried to other bodily tissues.
When deprived of food, the body becomes able to redirect blood from its digestive tract to other cellular structures, particularly areas in need of repairing✨ Contact us for more details
