Last day in the ticket office!

It feels very strange getting ready for my last clients today before I start my maternity leave. I’ve loved being in the ticket office on Hornsey Road and will truly miss it- although I’m very excited for the next chapter

I’m very excited to announce I’m pregnant ♥️

The little one is due in May so I will closing the clinic from the beginning of April for my maternity leave 😊

If you want to book in a massage before I go there are some treatment slots available for March so get booking

Why is home care so important?

Although massage is a great way to feel better, it isn’t always the ‘cure’ for long term pain or injury. You need focused rehabilitation exercises to say goodbye to these issue for the long haul! If we don’t fix the issues that caused they will keep reappearing 😩
