- After ONE session that was a 4-5 hour process, I managed to lighten my clients hair from black box dye to this chestnut brown. In time for her to celebrate her birthday! 🎉
This is a long process depending on your hair length and hair history, please remember that everyone’s hair is different and everyones hair takes differently to stripping out the colour. So you may be need 1-2 sessions.

- Not a lot of people know this but Sulphates can strip colour from hair, so look for a sulphate-free shampoos. Sulphates contain salt, which strips away moisture, and moisture loss is one of the main causes of color fading.

Summer Months - When it is hot & humid your hair can suck up all the moisture & frizz up which will leave your hair dehydrated. Therefore it is best to look for products such as shampoos with deep-clean qualities that won’t dry out your scalp, oil treatments/ serums, include deep conditioning masks in your routines, try use protective oils/ covering your hair while in the sun.
Winter Months - When it is dry & chilly your hair & scalp becomes super dry due to the cold temperatures & lower humidity due to the constant transition to indoor heat. This will strip the natural oils of your hair & your scalp is more prone to irritation & dandruff! Therefore you should be using products that provides extra moisturiser for the hair, apply nourishing hair oil to help replenish moisture & protect your hair, always dry your hair before leaving the house, commit to a deep conditioning hair mask.
