Not every treatment is right for every patient.
When considering any procedure, it's important to look beyond the promise of results and understand the balance between benefits, limitations, and risk.
RF microneedling is no exception.
I've discussed my experience and considerations in the video.

One of the things I enjoy most in aesthetics is seeing how small changes can make a meaningful difference.
Not because they alter someone's appearance, but because they can gently restore a sense of freshness, confidence, and balance.
The best results are rarely about looking different. They are about looking like yourself on a good day, more often.
A simple idea that has guided my approach for many years.

πππ: πΏππ¦ππ 4 β π·πππ πΉππ‘ | #4 Injectable Treatments
In the last video, I introduced the treatment options available for Layer 4.
Today, we're looking more closely at injectables.
While the products may be familiar, the way they're used at Layer 4 is very different. At this depth, the goal is not to restore bone, but to support the deeper structures that help maintain facial shape and position.
The right treatment is never just about the product itself, but where it's placed, how it's used, and whether it's appropriate for the individual.
I've explained more in the video.

πππ: πΏππ¦ππ 4 β π·πππ πΉππ‘ | #2 At-Home Support
In the last video, we explored how Layer 4 helps support and position the face.
While there are no at-home treatments that directly reach this layer, there are ways to support it from within.
Nutrition, muscle health, and reducing inflammation all play an important role in maintaining the structures that help support the face over time.
I've explained more in the video.

πππ: πΏππ¦ππ 4 β π·πππ πΉππ‘ | #3 Treatment Overview
Weβve explored what Layer 4 is, and why it matters.
As the deeper support structures of the face begin to change, the tissues above them can gradually shift too.
The question then becomes: what can we actually do about it?
In this video, I introduce the treatment options available for Layer 4. Over the next few videos, Iβll take a closer look at each approach and how they work.

πππ: πΏππ¦ππ 4 β π·πππ πΉππ‘ | #1 Understanding Facial Support
Last month, we explored the bony foundation of the face.
This month, we're moving to Layer 4 - the support system that sits directly above it.
As these deeper structures change over time, the face can gradually lose support and definition. Understanding these changes is often the first step towards understanding treatment.
Next, I'll discuss what can be done both at home and in clinic to support this layer.

Comments like this always mean a great deal to me.
The goal has never been to change how someone looks. It's to understand their concerns, create a thoughtful treatment plan, and help them feel like the best version of themselves.
Thank you for your trust and kind words π

πππ: πΏππ¦ππ 5 β π΅πππ | #6 PLLA In-Clinic Treatments
So far, weβve explored treatments that restore structure more directly.
PLLA works differently.
Rather than creating immediate change, it encourages the skin to rebuild gradually over time. The results can be long-lasting, but treatments like this also require a more considered approach.

πππ: πΏππ¦ππ 5 β π΅πππ | #5 CaHA In-Clinic Treatments
In the previous video, I spoke about restoring structure with hyaluronic acid filler.
But not all injectables behave in the same way, and understanding those differences matters.
CaHA is something I approach carefully. In the right context, it can create beautiful structural support, but it also requires thoughtful decision-making and experienced hands.

Iβm often asked what sparked my interest in aesthetics.
Looking back, it was always there in some way.
Art and medicine have always been the two things I felt most drawn to. Surgery allowed me to understand the beauty of science, but aesthetics gave me a way to explore the science of beauty itself. Over time, that interest became more defined,
moving from understanding how to treat, to understanding how to restore and support in a more subtle, considered way.
And one that continues to feel considered and right.
