πππ: πΏππ¦ππ 5 β π΅πππ | #5 CaHA In-Clinic Treatments
In the previous video, I spoke about restoring structure with hyaluronic acid filler.
But not all injectables behave in the same way, and understanding those differences matters.
CaHA is something I approach carefully. In the right context, it can create beautiful structural support, but it also requires thoughtful decision-making and experienced hands.

Iβm often asked what sparked my interest in aesthetics.
Looking back, it was always there in some way.
Art and medicine have always been the two things I felt most drawn to. Surgery allowed me to understand the beauty of science, but aesthetics gave me a way to explore the science of beauty itself. Over time, that interest became more defined,
moving from understanding how to treat, to understanding how to restore and support in a more subtle, considered way.
And one that continues to feel considered and right.

πππ: πΏππ¦ππ 5 β π΅πππ | #4 HA Dermal Filler In-Clinic Treatments
Now that we've explored how bone structure changes with age, the next question is: how do we support it?
This is where hyaluronic acid filler comes in β not to simply fill lines, but to replace lost volume at a deeper structural level. HA is a substance your body already produces naturally, which is part of what makes it such a well-suited tool for this kind of work. It can be precisely placed to mimic the support that bone resorption has taken away β lifting, projecting, and restoring the scaffolding that holds everything above it.
When we address structure first, the overlying skin and soft tissue often settle more naturally on their own. More support. Less tension.

πππ: πΏππ¦ππ 5 β π΅πππ | #3 In-Clinic Treatments
In the last video, we talked about the foundations that support bone health over time.
But what actually happens as the facial structure begins to change?
When we lose support at a deeper level, the tissues above it begin to shift too. This is often why facial aging feels more complex than lines alone.
Understanding structure changes how we approach treatment entirely.

πππ: πΏππ¦ππ 5 β π΅πππ | #2 At Home Treatments
Before we talk about treatments, we need to talk about foundation.
No cream reaches your bones. But what you do every day does. Calcium. Vitamin D. Muscle movement. Dental health.
These may seem small, but they quietly support how your bone changes over time.
A good reminder to do the basics before we even begin to consider in-clinic options.

βShe takes a very personal approach and will guide you towards what actually suits your skin and structure best.β
This is something I value deeply in every consultation.
There is no single treatment that suits everyone. Each face, each structure, and each concern requires a slightly different approach, and that begins with taking the time to listen and understand.
Thank you for trusting me with your care π

πππ: πΏππ¦ππ 5 β π΅πππ | #1 Understanding Bone Structure
Itβs not always about the skin. Sometimes what looks like a skin concern is actually structural.
When the underlying support begins to change, everything above it tends to follow.
This is often the point where treatment needs to be approached differently β¨
Welcome to Dr Miriam A Clinic π
From the moment you arrive, we take a little time to settle in, to talk, and to understand your skin before anything else.
Everything here is kept calm and private, so there is space to listen properly and approach each treatment thoughtfully.
Because real care always begins with understanding you.
From Anatomy To Action: A New Treatment Series Begins
Understanding your face is step oneβbut knowing how to treat each layer is where real results happen.
Iβm launching a new blog series that breaks down the science of facial treatments, comparing what you can do at home vs what actually requires in-clinic care.
Weβll go layer by layer, exploring the most effective strategies to support real, long-term changeβnot just surface-level fixes.
If youβve ever wondered what actually works (and why), this series is for you π

Thank you for such thoughtful feedback.
Natural, balanced results are always the goal, but just as important is making sure every patient feels safe, understood, and comfortable throughout the process.
Iβm always grateful for the trust my patients place in me π
Aging doesnβt affect every part of the face in the same way.
In a previous video, I spoke about the five structural layers that make up the face. Whatβs important to understand is that these layers donβt age in the same way everywhere.
Some areas are shaped more by movement, while others change more structurally over time. Understanding this often changes how we think about treatment.
Iβve shared a simple explanation in the video. β¨
