Yes, brows can have cowlicks too. A small upward swirl in the inner brow is something I see often in clinic. It happens when the follicles grow in slightly different directions, creating a natural lift in the medial brow. Interestingly, many patients with this pattern also have sparse or missing tails. The inner brow remains strong while the body and tail gradually thin. In these cases we can restore the full brow rather than chasing individual gaps, rebuilding a natural flow from the head through to the tail. A reminder that all brows and transplanted brows are different.

In some cases the pigment fades to this fluorescent yellow tone after laser treatments. It is one of the most stubborn colours to remove and can remain even after multiple sessions.
For this patient, the solution was not more laser. We restored the brows with an eyebrow hair transplant, using TBL method and real hair obviously to rebuild natural structure and soften the remaining pigment.
The result is a natural brow again.
Sometimes the best correction is not removing more pigment, but restoring real hair.

The aim here was not to create an overly groomed or shaped brow, but simply to strengthen his existing natural brow shape, keeping his mountain peaks strong and the result looking natural and masculine.
Our patient also has naturally curly, coily hair texture, which requires a specialist team so that when the grafts are placed the hairs grow in the correct direction.
We focused on adding density through the body and tail of the brow while keeping the natural peak.
