After more than 6 months of being empty we finally say our last goodbyes to our Friern Barnet salon! 😪 ...whilst its a little sad packing up a leaving what was once a booming and busy little salon with a great atmosphere we will indeed remember all the good times and the wonderful local crowd that supported us on this journey... Its happening... our relocation is imminent!

We've been working hard to find a relocation site for our beauty service. The solution - our Muswell Hill branch will house our beauty services every Mondays from 10 til 7pm... just a few changes to make before we can begin treatments again.

Lets hope October sees a relaunch for our facials, massage and waxing. Until then stay tuned for more news x

Important Announcement - Clinic relocation from July 31st

Nail Station to office space!... after yesterday's announcement we're busy catching up with customer enquiries... if you need to get in touch email us or call 020 8444 4064 (MH) and we will try to help as best as possible.

& a little recap of what to do if you have an appointment, vouchers, a course with us...

WHAT TO DO IF YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT...

Please don't worry we are going to be working really hard to accommodate all booked appointments as well as final appointment requests with extra hours if need be. We will be in contact if you have a booking after our close off date (31st July). If your appointment is before this date you don't need to do anything, just turn up as planned.

TO REDEEM A VOUCHER OR COURSE...

Please don't panic we're not leaving just yet! Your support and loyalty over the years has been so amazing and so, we would like to welcome you to use up any outstanding course & gift vouchers before we finally close at the end of July. Although, please be reassured gift vouchers will be transferable to MH for lash and brow treatments.

REFUNDS...

Unfortunately, we can't offer any refunds at this time as we have suffered financial loss with multiple closures since March 2020. We hope you understand our situation and can support us by using your credit in our Muswell Hill clinic or using it up before we close in July.

*IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT*

Its with a heavy heart that we've decided after long consideration to close our Friern Barnet clinic. As we approach our 7th yr in FB sadly we have to say goodbye! It's been a joy meeting such wonderful local people & making many great friends along the way.

Good news is our Muswell Hill branch will remain open & I hope some of you will follow us up to our MH clinic. Obviously, at this stage we can't offer the full menu in MH but we will be on the look out for a relocation site once the covid situation has settled and things return to normal, whatever that is these days 🤷🏻‍♀️

With all that's happened over the past year I can't deny that covid has played its part in this decision to a degee. Although, if truth be known, its just time to move on & knowing when to do this takes a business head. If it was a decision from the heart I'd never close our little clinic! 🥰 The last 12 months or so have taken their toll and its just not viable to carry on trading from our Barnet clinic for the foreseeable future.

We will post instructions on what to do if you have a booking, want to book an appointment or have a course of gift voucher to redeem.

But please continue to show your support by doing one or all of the following...
