🟢 We caught up with Natasha at a recent site visit of an upcoming location and asked her some interesting questions about the female behind S3 Padel.

What I’ve learned: being heard isn’t about being louder. It’s about learning to speak the room. Every environment has its own language  commercial, operational, creative. Get fluent in it and your ideas land differently.
Get commercially fluent. Understand the numbers. Know what drives the business. That’s what gets you in the room and keeps you there.”
