This was a pretty awesome dessert I made the other night, it wasn’t measured and was more winged but turned out amazingly well, you can’t go far wrong with these ingredients though:

2 x scoops Informed Plant Source Protein Vanilla
250g frozen raspberries
1 banana
1 avocado
1 tbsp Peanut butter
Splash of soy cream

Blend in vitamix whilst pouring small amounts of nut milk in, to loosen the ingredients. Blend until you have an ice cream consistency and voila! 💪🌱🌍
