Scar Tissue Therapy - amazing modality to improve the appearance, feel and most importantly function / effect of scars on various areas of the body: C- section, post operative, key hole, cancer, breast tissue removal/ reconstruction, burns, hip and knee replacement and more..
Scars have the ability to affect larger or/ and deeper layers of connective tissue and thus create adhesions and restrictions that my bring on discomfort, limited range of movement, even pain into the area and other areas further away from the site of the actual scar.
There is so much that can be done with this gentle approach, even for the older scars 🙂

Amazing how this gentle, very light massage can make the patient feel calmer, relaxed and supported during their treatment and beyond..
If it wasn’t for the ‘special’ situation that we connect so readily on line, I wouldn’t have thought of accessing this inspiring webinar presenter by Tom Myers (author of Anatomy Trains) about breath and breathing in the musculoskeletal and facial connections context.
Very informative and good amount of practical applications for self- care and for treating others.

And yet again, these two have saved me knee pain...
It’s easy to neglect the prehab and regular simple maintenance of your sort tissue structures.
10 min of Quadriceps foam rolling and moderating certain high impact activity and pain is gone in one go! 🙂
