Wow I didn't realise what graduation day was going to mean for me ... it's fair to say that I'm still on cloud nine from the celebrations!

My heart was bursting full of gratitude walking accross the stage, adressing my own family who were there to support me as well as my tutors .coach and new found NSNM family. They have ALL been part of my journey in the past + 2 years... the laughter, the tears and tantrums, the late night calls, the assignments, the clinic and grad cases ... it took courage, strength, resilience, gritt, self-confidence and vulnerability!

This is the start of something new and exciting ... I'm officially an Integrative Nutritional Therapist (with Rapid Relief Homeopathy) and Life Coach!!! Woohooo... truly proud of myself!

Here's to the "middle child", class of 2025!!!

School clinic day be like ... here's to our last one for the NSNM 2023-2025 year group!

I will miss it ... I will miss our lovely clients, my fellow colleagues and friends practitioners and their insights. 's experience and supervisors like ... a whole day of learning through truly doing !

I'm proud of myself for taking the risk, challenging my "perfection complex" who is worried about not being good enough and being willing to jump in with both feet and figuring it as I was doing it ...

This is only the beginning and so much more learning to come and I'm ready for it all ... thank you for re-igniting that spark!

Now let's hand in these assignments!!!

Hiya!

It's that time of the day ...

I see you yawning, wondering if you should have one last coffee for the day or that vitamin drink just to make it through the afternoon...

Let's dive into the wonderful world of sleep and why it's so crucial for our health!

If I was honest with myself, this was the first area in my life I had to start improving ...and I still battle with what I used to tell myself when we had put all 3 kids in bed at night " this is my ME time"!!! I can't use that excuse anymore ... my youngest is 21 now!

Anyway, we're all a work in progress... what's your excuse for staying up late at night?
