Over the past year my mental health had really pushed me to my limit !!

1. I had lost and gained my confidence and to which it also opened the door to self doubt “Am I good enough “ect

2. I lost all my motivation and did not wanna carry on with nails even though I had invested so much in to what I loved !

3.I felt like I had little to no support from friends and family members

These 3 point are just one of the many issues today that women are having to deal with on a day to day basis with feeling pretty much alone I chose to take some time away from what I liked doing which is nails to focus on my mental health and well being it’s not easy being a single mother a caregiver and everything else everyone sees that women are ment to be !!

However we move and I’m very proud of myself for overcoming some of these issues little by little. This post is just a reminder to all women that you got this even though it looks like there is no way out there is and It will come in many different shapes and forms 🌸🌸
