Katsi qualified with a Master’s Degree in Osteopathy from the University College of Osteopathy. Her treatments incorporate a range of techniques that include structural osteopathy, cranial osteopathy, visceral osteopathy, still technique, neuromuscular release, gentle harmonics techniques, osteopathic manipulation/articulations, medical acupuncture/dry needling and kinesio-taping, in order to create a bespoke treatment tailored to each individual and their needs. Her sessions actively engage the patient in the treatment process, and often incorporate dynamic movements and breath-work techniques whilst working with life style adaptations. She is keen to empower her patients through education and the provision of self-help strategies.
Katsi’s background has been a journey inspired by her curiosity and wonder for the human body, and has included holistic arts, psychology, human anatomy, as well as numerous qualifications in Holistic Therapy, Sports and Remedial Massage Therapy, Reiki, Life Coaching, Holistic Acupressure, and training with the renowned Dr Eyal Lederman in Harmonic Technique. Outside the clinic she enjoys bouldering, skating, yoga, meditation, hiking and camping.

She got a part-time job in a hairdressing salon to try out the salon life and two years after she was heading to London, investing in her education in London School of Barbering and Vidal Sassoon Academy.
Combining advanced technical skills with deep knowledge of classic and contemporary styles is Sonia's formula for tackling every kind of hair texture or lenght.

Everlasting Brows Microblading

This innovative semi-permanent technique creates natural looking, long-lasting brows.
Microblading is the manual application of pigment into the top layers of skin around the brows.
By applying the pigment to highly targeted areas, we are able to imitate individual hairs, creating ultra-natural brows with your desired shape, fullness and colour.
A consultation and patch test are required at least 24 hours prior to treatment. The initial treatment cost includes a complimentary top-up, which needs to be performed within four to eight weeks.

With over 20th years’ experience in Beauty artistry, Buddy is certified and specialises in Microblading.

After graduating from the university in Thailand with a Bachelor's Degree in Fine and Applied Arts, Communication Design, Buddy used his background in fine art and detailed drawing and applied it to the permanent make up industry.

He is passionate about his work and creates perfect looking, natural eyebrows. As a perfectionist by nature, he has a keen eye for design and a passion for enhancing natural beauty, using subtle definition, and custom cosmetic artistry in semi-permanent make up techniques and colour theory.

Buddy has helped hundreds of clients achieve their desired results, with many needing restorative treatment after undergoing chemotherapy, suffering from alopecia and trichotillomania, or any other conditions that create hair loss, as well as those who have over-plucked or are simply not satisfied with their eyebrows.

Buddy's entrepreneurial mindset and inner artistry has allowed him to develop within this unique profession as an advance skilled Microblading artist, helping to restore the self-esteem and confidence in many of his loyal clients.

Scalp Pigmentation, now available at THE REFINERY

Scalp micropigmentation is becoming more popular due to its natural and undetectable results. Each hairline finish and follicle replication is bespoke to each client. We will perfectly match the shade based on your existing hair colour and skin tone, to ensure a natural looking result. The service can also be performed on the face/beard/eyebrows.

Specially designed micro-needles are used to deposit pigment into the scalp to create the appearance of tiny hair follicles or short hair stubble. Hair follicle simulation can be performed on bald, receding, or thinning clients and people who are looking to camouflage scars, burns or hair transplant scars and also people with medical conditions like alopecia or cancer.

On average it takes 2 – 4 hours per session and up to 2 – 4 sessions could be required in total, but this will be indicated to you by Buddy during your consultation.

Scalp micropigmentation is non-invasive with no downtime. Depending on your skin’s sensitivity, redness may last up to 2 days but you still can continue with your daily routine. We will provide you with detailed aftercare instructions to follow so you can get the best results and stay safe.

A consultation is required which takes around 30 minutes, and includes an ink patch test. The consultation costs £50, which is redeemable against the service.
